This is one of the concrete cottages (not prefabricated) constructed by the Monolyte Co that had a camp on Red Hill. Originally contracted to construct 100 cottages - numbers reduced to 50 and from memory then down to around 25. One that I know of is in Hann St Griffith. C1925
