19 Batman Street, Braddon. The caption should say "Federal Capital Advisory Commission Cottage", because it was built before 1925. There are 4 FCAC cottages of this design in the Braddon Conservation Area: 11, 13, 19 and 21 Batman Street. It is most likely number 19 because there is a house of the same design to the right, which precludes 13 and 21, and of the remaining two only 19 has a column two and a half bricks wide on the right hand end of the verandah, matching the photograph. There is a high hedge making it impossible to rephotograph from the same location.
