This is very likely a match in the Federal Capital Football League in 1924. One side is definitely Acton, playing in the black guernsey with a white hoop. Acton swapped to black and vertical stripes from 1928, so this match would be from an earlier season than that. The other side is mostly likely Duntroon, who only played for one season, 1924.
The oval is not York Park, which was not opened until 1946. From comparison with other photos, it is almost certainly Acton sportsground.
