Looking up Burke Crescent Kingston from Wentworth Ave - but where was the original Molonglo settlement and this building located?

Wasn't the Molonglo Settlement on the site of the old WW1 internment camp in what is now Fyshwick? Although that looks like Red Hill in the right background which would place the hut somewhere in Kingston.
