This may be the Westridge team. The man wearing the hat on the right may be Jeremiah Dillon foreman of the sewer works. He was one of the early characters of Canberra and lived in one of the small brick cottages built in Section 64, Westridge 1921 (opposite the shops built later). Jeremiah could not read or write but he knew his job. The Canberra Community News has many stories of Jeremiah.
